I hate performing badly

So, tonight my workout really sucked…I felt weak, unbalanced and tired.

My OHS form sucked and was a LOT worse than last time I did OHS, I don’t know what happened.  BUT, the big thing tonight was that I plodded on and finished the workout.  Had I been at home, I would have quit.  When all was said and done, I actually didn’t have a much worse time than before so all in all, I was OK with it.

There is always tomorrow!  And another workout!
