Being injured is part of being fit but no one likes it. I have my third major injury in about a year…now, its a muscle in my back (previous 2 were hamstring tear and forearm muscle tear). But its upper back so “not as bad” maybe as a lower back injury….
I am going to the sports medicine chiropractor recommended by one of my coaches tomorrow at noon, we’ll see what he says. I hope with rest, it will be OK. After two days off of workouts, it is feeling a lot better…I just don’t want to lose my strength!
