So, I have been gluten free for a week (with the exception of two beers during the Wisconsin game
and I feel really good! After about three days, I really felt less bloated…an added benefit and without getting into too much detail, my lower GI especially, is feeling much better these days. Has it been hard? Not really, the beer is the hardest thing but you know, I don’t really need all of those extra calories any way! This way it will be more of a treat! The most difficult is snacks…its so easy to grab some crackers, etc. What I need to do is find snacks that are made of things other than wheat and I’ll be in business. YAY!
